Detailed Description Contract notice: Supply of fuel and associated services with credit cards for the services of the department of mayenne and the departmental fire and rescue service of mayenne
The Department of Mayenne and SDIS 53 are linked by an order grouping agreement. The coordination of this group is ensured by the Department of Mayenne. This is a framework agreement with order forms with minimum and maximum (articles L. 2125-1 1 o , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162- 14 of the public procurement code), concluded for an initial period of one year from 1.7.2020 and renewable three times. It went through the open call for tenders procedure in application of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 o and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code.
