Detailed Description Contract notice: Acquisition of helmet library cards
With this tender, the City of Helsinki will acquire Helmet library cards with the features of RFID technology for the city libraries of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen. The competition is used to acquire library cards for children and adults. The customers are the cities of Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa and Kauniainen. Each city makes its own procurement decision and contract.
The total number of purchases is 442,000, of which 300,000 are adult cards and 142,000 are childrens cards. Adult and childrens cards differ in appearance, but the technical features are the same in the cards.
