Detailed Description Tenders are invited for Personalization, Administration & Supply of 1,000,000 Nos. Visa & Master EMV (Chip) Contact & Contactless (Dual Interface) Banking Cards For Bank of Ceylon.

To Be Eligible To Participate At This Bids Bidders Should Have Complied With Following Conditions:
i. The Bidder Should Be The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Or Product Brand Owner Or Their Authorized Agent. ii. The Bidder Or Bidder%s Holding Company Should Have A Minimum Of LKR 300 Million Or Equivalent Annual Turnover During The Past Three Consecutive Years (2017/2018, 2018/2019 And 2019/2020) And Should Be A Profit-making Entity. iii.
