This market includes in particular (non-exhaustive list): - for lot 1: the ticketing system. Supplies: - central software; - on-board equipment (consoles, validators, etc.); - sales equipment on board, in agencies, at depositaries, at stops and on the internet, in particular through an online store; - control equipment; - interfaces with existing systems and lots 2 and 3; - consumables including contactless cards; - maintenance materials and equipment. The services: - project management including studies, developments, settings, installations, training, acceptance, commissioning; - accommodation for the initial duration of the contract (four years renewable); - maintenance in operational condition and warranty for two years.
