Detailed Description 01 prior information notice (pin): Spt administers the zonecard ticketing arrangement on behalf of the participating operators. Zonecard is currently a paper ticket, allowing travel on bus, rail, subway and ferry across the west of scotland. A supplier is required to establish and support the availability of zonecard tickets as itso ticket products. A large estate of itso smartcards is already in circulation in the west of scotland, and operators have itso posts (including ticket gates and etms) in use.
