Espoon Asunnot Oy is a real estate company owned by the City of Espoo, the purpose of which is to provide housing services to residents. It currently owns about 300 properties and has about 15,000 apartments. In accordance with the Joint Administration Act, Espoo Housing has tenant democracy bodies consisting of residents in its properties, residents 'committees, to which appropriations are allocated annually for use in residents' activities. Resident committees are property-specific, and there are a total of about 300 of them. The subject of the purchase is payment cards, which are prepaid type cards to which value can be loaded. The card must not have a credit feature. With payment cards, residents' committees can make purchases from grocery stores and other specialty stores.
