Detailed Description Invitation to bid: Disbursement Of Cash Lbp To Palestine Refugees using Individual Plastic Card account
SCOPE OF WORK
The Financial Service Provider will perform the following tasks: 3.1In the case of cash disbursement through ATM: a) Open and maintain an individual plastic card account in LBP in the name of each beneficiary designated by UNRWA; b) Issue individual plastic cards in the name of beneficiaries as designated by UNRWA; c) Issue individual plastic cards with a validity period of three years, branded in accordance with UNRWA’s approved design within two weeks from UNRWA request; d) Credit the individual plastic cards in accordance with electronic payment file provided by UNRWA monthly or quarterly or on ad-hoc basis; e) Ensure availability of LBP in the ATMs at the time of the payment period; f) Make available in ATMs small LBP banknote, as small as LBP 5,000; g) Avail reasonable number of, if not all, ATMs to the Palestine refugees throughout Lebanon to withd....View Full Tender Details in Tender Documents
