The debt office (hereinafter the debt office) hereby invites tenders in the procurement of framework agreements regarding debit card and travel account services for government agencies, businesses and the swedish riksbank. the scope of the procurement and the debt office~s requirements are stated in this procurement document, which consists of this introductory text section and a number of appendices. the tender must be based on the prerequisites stated in the procurement document. the debt office intends to sign a framework agreement with a payment card supplier (3 debit card services) and a travel account service provider. this does not preclude a provider from delivering both services. the current framework agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 2017 framework agreement) for payment card and travel account services is valid until 31 august 2021. call-off agreements during the 2017 framework agreement may be valid for a maximum....View Full Tender Details in Tender Documents
