Description: The awarded supplier will provide all hardware, software, licenses, personnel for implementation services and training and software maintenance to provide the concessions point of sale system described in this RFP. The University requires complete on-site installation, on-site training and complete implementation of the software.
SAES concessions sales average $2.5 million annually. We use approximately 175 points of sale, consisting of mostly fixed units and some wireless, offline and remote ordering units. The following list identifies the major characteristics and capabilities we are looking for:
