Detailed Description The municipality of Lerum (“the municipality”) intends to carry out a procurement of digital key management in ordinary housing in the autumn of 2021, ie for staff working in the user's own homes. The procurement primarily concerns residential doors but can also include other doors to e.g. gates, washrooms, garbage rooms or gates.

The procurement will also include battery-free locks with logging to medicine cabinets at users in Lerum municipality.

Lerum municipality's geographical area is 308.4 km 2 and has about 40,000 inhabitants.

Affected property owners for multi-family houses are about 55 and for private property owners about 190. The support and care sector in Lerum municipality carries out interventions and care measures for about 700 users who live in their own homes.
