Detailed Description Supply of Smart Card for e-voucher/ Cash

WHH has secured funding from our German donor AA/ GFFO for the implementation of an e-voucher/cash program for Syrian families living in A’zaz and Afrin/ Syria, starting in July 2021 until end of December 2021 with good prospect for extension and scale up. In total, WHH wishes to transfer the value of approximately 2 Million Euros for the implementation of one project in Azaz/ Syria. The project aims to provide beneficiaries with e-voucher in order to be able to cover their needs through buying food items, hygiene items, NFI’s, and cash from local markets. The supplier must furthermore provide the possibility to cash out the e-vouchers in accordance with WHH contracts with cash agents, depending on donor approval. ....View Full Tender Details in Tender Documents
