Detailed Description Contract notice: Bank card related to government securities distribution

Provision of bank card acceptance services related to the distribution of government securities for a period of 36 months from the conclusion of the contract, including the following tasks:

1.) Physical POS Terminal:
- Installation of terminals, troubleshooting
- Terminal service
- Provision of materials for the operation of terminals
- Warranty, guarantee provision

2.) In case of POS Terminal, providing card acceptance, providing and installing POS terminals

3.) In case of VPOS terminals, recording payment transactions, providing a test interface

4.) Complaint handling with regard to complaints and payment complaints received by the bidder

5.) Provide 24-hour HelpDesk service for card acceptance issues

6.) Ensuring FRAUD management
