Subject of the call for tenders Infrastructures technologie Québec (ITQ) is soliciting bids in order to acquire and install the equipment necessary to replace the technology used by magnetic card access systems for a building by intelligent RFID identification systems (“smart cards”) providing at least the following characteristics:

Mutual authentication (two-way communication);
Encryption of identifiers with key contained in the card, not duplicable;
