Detailed Description Prior Information Notice — Invitation to Participate in a Market Dialogue about Procurement of Cash Cards including Infrastructure

Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ) [the Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management] will procure a new solution for cash cards including infrastructure. DFØ will hold a competition on behalf of all government businesses that use the solution.
DFØ wants input from the supplier market on the preliminary requirement specification we have prepared, and invites suppliers to participate in dialogue meetings at the end of June.
The purpose of the dialogue meetings is to ensure that DFØ prepares a requirement specification that safeguard's the contracting authority's need, and is compatible with the market's possibilities and recommendations.....View Full Tender Details in Tender Documents
