Detailed Description Provision Of Value Cash Card Services To UNEP

UNON on behalf of UN Environement (UNEP) is seeking to establish a Contract for an initial duration of three (3) years with option to extend for two additional periods of one year each (3+1+1) for provision of value cash cards for the following services:
1) to pay Daily Subsistence Allowance (DSA) and terminal expenses as per the UN travel policy. For non-UN system staff attending meetings sponsored by UNEP (mandatory);
2) to use cash cards for petty cash payments (Optional);
