Detailed Description Supply 600,000 EMV Dual Interface Cards (400,000 Master Card & 200,000 Visa Branded)

The Chairman, Corporate Procurement Committee (Major) of the National Savings Bank invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to supply 600,000 EMV Dual Interface Cards (400,000 Master Card & 200,000 Visa Branded).

Eligibility criteria of the bidders should be:
Main bidder must be a company registered in Sri Lanka and having a business relationship with an overseas Principal.
Main bidder should have supplied minimum of 500,000 EMV Cards in Sri Lanka during last three years (2018-2020) and Principal should have supplied more than 500,000 EMV Cards to Sri Lanka and more than 25,000,000 EMV Cards globally during last three years (2018 -2020).
