Detailed Description Acquisition, maintenance and associated services of electronic signature cards (Smart Cards Based)

Since 01/01/2017, the Department of Savoie has deployed IT solutions enabling the electronic signature of documents on a Windows PC. EIDAS / RGS ** electronic signature certificates (French and European standards) are made available to agents on personal smart cards (or "smart cards").

Under the first 2 framework agreements, nearly 200 agents were fitted with "smart cards" containing a personal eIDAS / RGS ** certificate valid for 3 years. The smart cards are personalized with the name, first name, number and photo of the agent.

The purpose of this framework agreement with order form is to ensure the continuity of service in the supply of electronic signature certificates of documents on support " smart card ". It must also allow extend electronic signature solutions to tablets made available to elected officials of the Department.
