Detailed Description System for paying tolls using mobile validators for journeys with the use of contactless payment cards or mobile contactless payments for the Municipal Communication Plant in Bielsko-Biała

The subject of the contract is:
1) design and implementation of the toll collection system with the use of devices installed in the Ordering Party's buses, enabling the collection and payment of tolls using contactless payment cards, hereinafter referred to as the "toll collection system";
2) delivery of brand new devices with software (licensed for a minimum period of 10 years) and their installation in buses and server rooms;
3) training system users;
4) warranty service, including maintenance of the toll collection system in working order for a minimum period of 60 months from the date of final acceptance without comments;
