Detailed Description Production of personalized Salzgitter passes and personalized authorization

The city of Salzgitter intends to issue the so-called "Salzgitter Pass" to recipients of various social benefits who have their place of residence in the city of Salzgitter on December 1st, 2021. The "Salzgitter Pass" is to be produced as a personalized plastic card. The validity is 13 months in the first year (2022) or 12 months in the following years (2023 - 2025). Approx. 15,600 "SZ-Passes" have to be produced annually. In addition to the passports, around 15,500 letters must be prepared. The letters are to be sent with the passports.

Furthermore, the city of Salzgitter intends to issue a personalized authorization ID on January 1, 2022, which entitles them to purchase the so-called "social ticket". Here the validity is 12 months. Approx. 15,000 personalized authorization cards have to be produced every year. In addition, around 300 blank authorization cards must be produced.
