Detailed Description Tenders are invited for Heat Applied Tobacco Revenue Stamp

Virginia Tax is seeking a Contractor to provide a Solution which will include, but not be limited to, the design, manufacture, and delivery of heat-applied Stamps. The Stamps must be able to be affixed to the end surfaces of cigarette packages containing 20 or 25 cigarettes per package, utilizing either stamping machines or heat irons.
