Detailed Description COVID-19 Gift Card Program Administration

The City of Sacramento is seeking qualified proposals from vendors to administer a local gift card program that the City envisions will assist local businesses by bolstering sales and increasing market exposure. The selected vendor will implement a “Sacramento” gift card program for local businesses. The program must be designed to allow the City to incentivize gift card purchases by consumers by providing additional funds to increase the gift card amount for use at the businesses that have signed up for the gift card program.
