Detailed Description CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management) System Acquisition

The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire a modern CIAM (Customer Identity Access Management) system to support VR's passenger traffic sales channels, including system access, deployment, support and maintenance services.

CIAM refers to publicly available SaaS software. The provider must be responsible for and manage the hardware, software and security required to operate the system.

With the acquired system, VR's end customers must be able to manage several different roles through a single customer account. The main user groups of the customer identity management system in CIAM are B2C, B2B, B2E and our interface customers.
