Detailed Description Supply of an electronic ticketing reservation and maritime boarding control solution

The purpose of this contract is to acquire an electronic solution and the associated technical services for reservation, ticketing and boarding control services for passengers, vehicles and goods for the Ile d'Yeu-Continent ferry crossings. The incumbent provides the following missions and services: - Turnkey supply of an IT solution for managing timetables and ferry crossing capacities (passengers, vehicles, goods), online reservations and at ticket offices, registration of ticket sales and passenger and vehicle boarding control - System installation and support services for the implementation of the solution (training, support for the configuration of the solution),integration of the solution into an application ecosystem (interface with accounting) - Hosting and support / corrective / evolving maintenance of the solution
