Barcode labels must be single color black-type style, have a unique sequential nine digit alpha-numeric code, be two inch by one inch in size, and of material type UV intensified anodized aluminum.

- The material thickness must be between 0.003 inches and 0.005 inches.
- The text "KY Transportation Cabinet" shall be printed on each label.
- The barcode value (human readable equivalent) shall be printed below the barcode.
