The purpose of this contract is to set up a multilingual electronic PASS intended to retain tourists. A “physical” version of the PASS must also be available. This is a PASS which should not call on specific hardware or a particular network but which should favor basic Internet and smartphone use in order to limit technological needs in order to maximize the chances of adoption. of the PASS by stakeholders (simple technology, immediate deployment at no cost, etc.).

Beyond this basic “connection”, the PASS will have to give pride of place to the advantages in several hundred accommodation and tourist activities that registered tourists can take advantage of. It will therefore be above all a loyalty action linked to the quality of the offers conveyed by the PASS and to the animation of the network.
