Detailed Description Cashless ticket machines

A new ticket sales system is to be procured for ferry operations. The bidder is to offer an offer for the procurement, installation, commissioning and maintenance of a new ticket sales system for ferry operations.

Ticket vending machines (partly cashless) are to be offered.

Handhelds for ticket sales and checking, a mobile app for ticket sales on smartphones and the integration of advance booking offices are also to be offered. An interface to the existing accounting system must be implemented.

In the future, the ticket sales system should also be able to sell the SL bus tariff.

Barrier-free use of the new ticket sales system must be guaranteed.
