Detailed Description Electronic Security And Access Control (RFQ)

The City of Raleigh’s Convention and Performing Arts Complex seeks the professional
services of an Engineer with security systems experience or a Security firm with
engineering capabilities to bring the campus’s electronic security systems to fruition.
The contracted professional service provider will develop the specifications and
technical drawings required to solicit for a contractor to install the hardware and
integrate the installed hardware into a unified system.

Goal #1 - To implement a card access system that will allow products from various suppliers to be integrated into an expandable unified system.
Goal #2 - To implement a video monitoring system viewable at the command center.
