The subject of the contract is the provision of merchant acquiring services associated with the acceptance of payment cards of international companies (hereinafter referred to as Payment Cards) for non-cash passenger payments for services provided by the customer through payment terminals (readers) and other devices used in providing acquirer services and subsequent processing and settlement of these non-cash payments.
