Detailed Description Supply Of Non-Paper based Printing Services - ID card; Not Required; PVC (as per ISO/IEC 7810)

Dr B. R. Ambedkar Central Library has around more than 5000 users. Each user is assigned a unique library ID which is printed on the Plastic card along with a bar code, his/her photograph and details like Registration No, name, Date of Birth, Prog of study, School/Centre and session etc.

1. The library ID cards are required to be made as per ISO/IEC 7810 standard. These standards specify the physical characteristics of identification cards including card materials, construction, characteristics and dimensions of cards. The specifications for the card are placed at Annexure C.
2. Approximately 3000 cards are to be prepared annually for the members.
