Detailed Description Achieving Harmonization of a Biometric ID Management Framework across APEC Economies

The Contractor is expected to undertake the following scope of work:

(i) Seek insights from existing Biometric ID implementations by conducting a global
benchmarking study, and produce a Global Benchmarking Study Report (see Section
3.2 Expected Outputs, Milestones and Services Delivery Dates);

(ii) Assess the current level of Biometric ID awareness, understanding, and maturity among
APEC Economies by conducting interviews, and produce the Regional Maturity
Assessment as part of the Global Benchmarking Study Report;

(iii) Provide a practical guideline on Biometric ID adoption for harmonization across all APEC
Economies, and produce the Biometric ID Implementation roadmap and Practical
Guidebook (see Section 3.2 Expected Outputs, Milestones and Services Delivery
Dates);
