Detailed Description Providing services of incoming and outgoing payments, card payments and electronic payments to the European Union Intellectual Property Office

The current payments are made by the office by transfer, ie. to suppliers and employees in the SEPA area and worldwide, either in euros or in foreign currency.
In addition, some payouts are made to refund fees due to overpayments from users or as a result of the outcome of opposition cases.
The office also needs other services related to outgoing payments, such as:
• supply of debit and credit cards to be used for the purchase and withdrawal of cash worldwide
• issuance of various certificates, bank guarantees, direct debiting and flexible exchange of documents.
