Detailed Description Supply Smart Card Personalization System

1. The entire card-body must be manufactured with layer of PVC sheet without optical brightener and fluorescent reagents, assembled and laminated together under heat and pressure. The card must support ISO/IEC 7816 which consists of the following parts under the general title identification cards – Integrated circuit cards. 1,2,3,4,5,6,8,9,11 and 15.

2. The body of the smart card shall include the following security features:

a. Guilloche printing

b. Tactile laser engraved text

c. Anti-copy features in the background printing.

3. The Tenderer must submit a test report from the manufacturer / principal for the smart Card chip offered that compliant with ISO/IEE 7816 consisting the following parts under the general title Identification Cards – Integrated Circuit cards: 4,5,6,8,9,11 and 15
