Detailed Description Design, supply, installation and implementation of a real-time automated clearing house for all CEMAC means of payment (SYSTAC2)

The Bank of Central African States (BEAC) has received funding from the World Bank to finance the activities of the CEMAC Regional Financial Institutions Capacity Building Project , and intends to use part of this credit to make payments under the Contract for the design, supply, installation and implementation of a real-time automated clearing house for all CEMAC means of payment.

The CEMAC Financial Institutions Reform Management Unit (UGRIF), in charge of project coordination, solicits closed offers from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to provide an integrated solution to the BEAC.
