The subject of the acquisition is the provision of a Prepaid payment card solution to the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) and the State Treasury, which provides the service to the accounting units / agencies they represent (the Finnish Penal Sanctuary, the Finnish Immigration Service and the Court).
