Detailed Description Service contract for design, development, implementation of pilot project for and delivery of the IT web tool in the prototype version (model) of 'smart card for surviving cancer patients'

The purpose of this tender is to design, develop, implement a pilot project for and delivery of the IT web tool in the prototype version (model) of 'smart-card for surviving cancer patients' to improve the quality of life for cancer survivors, including children and young adult cancer survivors.
The preliminary product will be open source-based and support:
1. access to resources to be used by surviving cancer patients
2. a secure exchange of personal health data about their condition and illness with their caregivers.
