The subject of this consultation is the acquisition of purchase cards and associated services for the benefit of Social Security organizations. The acquisition and implementation relate to the following purchase cards:
- the level I card which corresponds to a bank card with a clearly defined single holder. It allows local purchases to be made from a merchant or by mail order. Purchases are secured by means of the confidential code and by the systematic request for authorization of payment during each transaction.
- the level III card involves the referencing of suppliers to the bank card system. It is dedicated to one or more markets. It can be integrated directly into the online ordering tool of a Social Security body, or into the supplier's ordering tool.....View Full Tender Details in Tender Documents
