The E-Vouchers system should offer the following capabilities:

Automated SARD’s vouchers program workflow and makes sure tasks are transferred from one department to another smoothly with minimum human interference

Develop a customizable web-based platform that manages electronic vouchers for cash-assistance beneficiaries

Support the production and management of restricted and unrestricted electronic vouchers and multi-purpose cash.

Allow SARD staff to manage disbursements from the platform (for initial distributions and top-ups of e-vouchers)

Carry out necessary software developments

Carry out necessary software developments

Allow for easy set-up and adaption of merchant-facing applications
