Detailed Description Personalization of Libertan contactless cards

The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder of the framework agreement for the provision of services for the personalization of Libertan contactless cards.
The services concern encoding, graphic personalization and routing of Libertan contactless traveler badges.
The complete details of the services appear in the Cctp.
The purpose of the consultation is to conclude a multi-attribute framework agreement with purchase orders.
The maximum number of winning companies is set at 2, subject to a sufficient number of candidates.
this framework agreement will be executed as and when purchase orders are issued according to the rule known as "in turn", in accordance with article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 of the public procurement code.
The procedures for allocating purchase orders are defined in article 6 of the Ccap.
