The scope of the Assignment concerns:

• Delivery, installation, implementation and turnkey delivery of an access and visitor registration system as a SaaS application for the locations in The Hague and Utrecht, consisting of:

o Setting up SaaS software environment including delivery of the required license(s) and realization of links;

o Supply, install, implement and turn-key delivery of necessary hardware for the visitor registration system at both locations;

o Ensuring communication between the access systems of both locations with the central database (the SaaS application), including redundancy and possibly providing products/services that are required for this;

o Maintenance and management of the SaaS application and the software and hardware on location;
