Detailed Description Supply and Delivery of Printing Services of Driver’s License Card with Diffractive optically Variable Image Device (DOVID)

II OBJECTIVES
- To provide authentic and durable driver’s license card for our clients applying for
Student Permit, Non-Professional and Professional Licenses and Conductor’ License;
- To engage with the competent ID Card manufacturer in the Philippines.

V Scope
- The vendor must submit at least two (2) digital layout of hologram design within 30 days upon issuance of NTP.
- The DOVID Hologram must be registered and licensed under the name of Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao - Ministry of Transportation and Communication (BARMM – MOTC)
- The DOVID Origination and its complete documentation must be turned over by the winning vendor to MOTC upon completion of the contract.
