Detailed Description Purchase and delivery of 3,500 fingerprint scanners

Purchase of 3,500 fingerprint scanners for municipal offices for the functionality of collecting and verifying fingerprints for the purposes of assigning a PESEL number and confirming a trusted profile, in a special mode for Ukrainian citizens in connection with an armed conflict in the territory of that country. Due to the number of such people (approx. 1.5 million on the day of demand), it is necessary to urgently equip municipal offices with additional equipment, including fingerprint scanners and software used in the fingerprint collection process.
