Detailed Description Purchase 3,800 license sets for the functionality of fingerprinting

Purchase of 3,800 license sets for the functionality of collecting and verifying fingerprints for the purposes of the process of assigning a PESEL number and confirming a trusted profile, in a special mode for Ukrainian citizens in connection with an armed conflict in the territory of that country. To implement this process, it is necessary to equip municipal offices with additional equipment, i.e. computers, printers, fingerprint scanners and software used in the process of taking fingerprints from a Ukrainian citizen when applying for a PESEL number. For the needs of fingerprint collection, a solution implemented in the RDO system is used, as part of the e-proof 2.0 project, which uses the Neurotechnology license.
The set of licenses necessary to use the functions of the Neurotechnology VeriFinger SDK 12.3 programming library consists of:
- 3,800 Fingerprint Client licenses
