Detailed Description Purchase and delivery of 3,500 cryptographic card readers in the ID-1 format

Purchase of 3,500 cryptographic card readers in the ID-1 format for municipal offices for the purposes of the process of assigning a PESEL number and confirming a trusted profile, in a special mode for Ukrainian citizens in connection with an armed conflict in the territory of that country (UKR foreigner status). Due to the number of such people (about 1.5 million on the day of the demand submission), it is urgent to equip municipal offices with additional equipment to handle the process in the State Registers System. The devices are necessary to register the application and assign a PESEL number as well as confirm the trusted profile in accordance with the law on assistance to Ukrainian citizens and their families in connection with an armed conflict in the territory of that country. A solution implemented in the RDO system as part of the e-proof 2.0 project is used to support the process
