Detailed Description New Fuel Card Reader System

The County of Prince Edward (the Municipality) invites qualified vendors to submit Proposals for the removal of the existing fuel management system and the supply, installation and set-up of a new fleet fuel management and control system for three (3) fuel depots located within the Municipality

SCOPE OF WORK
All County equipment have HID Prox RFID cards. Vendors shall indicate whether these existing
cards are compatible with the new system. The work under this RFP shall include:
• Removal and appropriate off-site disposal of the existing control systems from the
Municipality's three (3) fuel depots;
• Supply and installation of the new control system c/w all electrical and any other
materials or equipment required for make-ready work;
