The object of the acquisition is the production of a Prepaid payment card solution for the National Pension Service (Kela) and user organizations (customers) represented by the State Treasury (VK), who are responsible for issuing payment cards to the cardholder (end user) in their own organization.

The main purpose of prepaid payment cards is to pay compensations, rewards, wages, subsidies, benefits, pensions and other similar payments based on law, regulation and/or other norms to an individual in a situation where paying the payment to the person's own bank account is not possible or appropriate.

The acquisition includes all the services and functionalities of the Prepaid payment card solution, which are needed for the implementation of the solution, asset management, production and distribution of payment cards, as well as supervision, management and reporting related to payment cards and cardholders.....View Full Tender Details in Tender Documents
