Detailed Description Tender for Access ID

A. Provide case management services to assist clients in obtaining their Washington State Enhanced ID (EID) card, or in some situations, the Washington State ID without the enhancement.
B. Identify potential partners at other local organizations and build long-term relationships with them.
C. When appropriate, provide technical assistance to partner organizations to assist clients in obtaining their Washington State ID.
D. Provide case consultation and support to partner organizations.
E. Collect and manage data to accurately evaluate the program. This includes reporting to the County the number of identification cards issued each quarter.
F. Coordinate the program’s presence at the annual Project Homeless Connect and other events likely to be attended by people in need of these services.
G. Pay for fees associated with accessing Washington State issued IDs.
