The object of the procurement is the production of a Prepaid payment card solution for the National Pension Service (Kela) and the State Treasury, which provides the service for the use of the accounting units/agencies they represent (Criminal Sanctions Office, Immigration Office, Courts Office and Defense Forces).
The main purpose of prepaid payment cards is the payment of compensations, rewards, salaries, subsidies, benefits and other similar payments based on law, regulation or other norms to an individual in a situation where paying the payment to the person's own bank account is not possible or appropriate.
In addition to this, the goal is that payments (coverage) can also be paid to the Prepaid payment card in the so-called a third party, for example a family member or an employer.
