Purchase of the Card Management Unit that will be used in the Romanian electronic identity card project. In order to choose an optimal option for the purchase of this system, bidders must structure their financial proposals on two work options: 1. The contracting authority initiates a public procurement targeting the components described above. Bids must contain the unit price for each hardware, license or service included. 2. The contracting of services to ensure the fulfillment of the aforementioned requirements. In this case, all the infrastructure will be provided on-premises at the Beneficiary's premises, and any memory media, including removable ones, will remain with the Beneficiary.
