The object of the acquisition is the payment terminals of Veikkaus' gaming machines and the services related to the payment terminals. Slot machine payment terminals enable card payment and identification in Veikkaus slot machines.
Veikkaus acquires:
• payment terminals to be purchased from the supplier to be installed in new gaming machines,
• download service for payment terminal software purchased from the supplier for the duration of the payment terminal's life cycle,
• service and maintenance service for the payment terminals purchased from the supplier for the life cycle of the payment terminals and
• development services related to payment terminals.
