Detailed Description Prepaid - payment card solution

The object of the acquisition is the production of a Prepaid payment card solution for the National Pension Service (Kela) and user organizations (customers) represented by the State Treasury (VK), who are responsible for issuing payment cards to the cardholder (end user) in their own organization. The National Treasury acts as a co-ordinator of the cooperation of the customers it represents in this procurement and as a contracting party, and it will not itself use payment cards according to the framework arrangement or related services. The supplier's customers during the contract period are the National Pension Institute, the Criminal Sanctions Institute, the Finnish Immigration Service, the Judiciary and the Defense Forces. Reception centers under the guidance and supervision of the Immigration Office (appendices 1A.1 and 1A.2) and courts under the Judiciary (appendix 1A.3) are also customers of the supplier during the contract period.View Full Tender Details in Tender Documents
